Need to Cancel?

We understand things happen. You have 72 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment through our booking site.

✦ If you do not show up to your appointment 100% of the service booked will be charged to your card on file as a cancellation fee.

✦ Texting, E-mailing or DMing Brianna is not a valid form of cancellation. It must be done through my booking website.

✦ Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service booked.

✦ If you're a no-show and your card gets declined, you will not be allowed to book appointments with Brianna in the future. 

Please understand when you're a no-show, late or forget to cancel your appointment Brianna misses the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and clients lose the opportunity to book their services.
